Hydrawise – WiFi

As Hydrawise continues to make the connection process as seamless as possible, we have seen some challenges with connecting our Hydrawise controllers to certain networks and devices.

We have created this page to provide additional help in a convenient location.  We at Pro Tech Lawn Sprinklers Inc. truly love this product and the benefits it provides our customers.  However, technology changes at a fast pace and does not always serve all market segments well.  Your Hydrawise controller requires a 2.4 GHz signal band.  Additionally, many ISP provided devices meant to simplify your user experience are a source of many user issues.  Please use the references and links below to help you ensure a successful experience.

We recommend and have had great success with the TP-Link Deco Mesh Network.  Link below for you reference and purchase should you choose.
